摘要
对硝基苯酚在化工行业具有广泛应用,其痕量残留也造成严重的环境污染。通过催化路线将其还原为低毒的对氨基苯酚是一种高效的治理方法,其中高效催化剂的开发是该工艺的核心。鉴于此,以生物质纤维为载体并采用"吸附辅助循环沉积"策略制备了一种负载型氧化铜催化剂(CuO_(x)/C)。该催化剂具有较大的比表面积和均匀分散的氧化铜物种,并在对硝基苯酚催化加氢反应中表现出优异的催化活性和循环稳定性。
As an important fine chemical,4-nitrophenol is widely used in the chemical industry,and its trace residues also cause serious environmental pollution.Reduce it to low-toxic aminophenol compound through a catalytic route is of both environmental and economic significance,and the development of catalysts with high-efficiency is the core of the process.In view of this,a supported copper oxide catalyst(CuO_(x)/C)was prepared through the strategy of"adsorption assisted cyclic deposition"by using biomass fiber as a carrier.The as-synthesized catalyst display large specific surface area and uniformly dispersed copper oxide species,thus exhibits excellent catalytic activity and cycle stability in the catalytic hydrogenation of 4-nitrophenol.
