摘要
对天津市持续开展全民终身学习活动周的历史沿革进行简述,着重叙述“十三五”期间天津市全民终身学习活动的策略与作为,结合学习型城市建设监测项目工作的开展,试图将“学习型社会”和“学习型城市”和“学习型组织”等词汇进行归纳,建立“学习型+”的模型构想,并提出终身教育理论思想是“学习型+”模型的理论基础。从理论到实践进行简析,诠释“全民终身学习活动”的广泛深入开展是推进建设“学习型+”的重点途径。
It herein made brief description of activity of National life-long learning which carried out in Tianjin.It highlighted the strategy and activity of National life-long learning during the"Thirteenth Five-year Plan"in Tianjin and tried to make summary of the words and expressions of"Learning Society","Learning City"and"Learning Organization",etc.depending on supervised projects in construction of learning city in order to conceive the model of"Learning+".It proposed that the thought and theory of life-long learning is the basic theory of"Learning+"Model.Through the brief theoretical discussion to the practice,it explained that further and extensive carrying out Activity of National Life-long Learning is the critical path of promoting the construction of"Learning+".
