摘要
目的:基于中医传承辅助平台,探究司国民教授治疗小儿抽动障碍的用药规律,旨在为继承其学术经验提供相关量化数据支持。方法:收集司国民门诊治疗小儿抽动障碍的处方共186首,涉及中药123味,导入中医传承辅助平台建立数据库,基于药频统计、规则分析和熵聚类等算法,分析司国民治疗小儿抽动障碍的用药经验。结果:用药频次≥30次的中药有23味,前5味为陈皮、茯苓、清半夏、知母、柴胡,常用药物组合28个,主要关联规则是二陈汤合小柴胡汤,演化出核心药物组合18组,新方9个。结论:司国民治疗小儿抽动障碍的总治法为健脾化痰、滋阴疏肝,临证加减,辅以滋肾、清热、消积、舒筋。
Objective:To explore Professor SI Guomin’s medication regularity in treating tic disorder in children based on the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system(TCMISS)and to provide relevant quantitative data support for inheriting his academic experience.Methods:Professor SI Guomin’s 186 prescriptions for tic disorder in children were selected,which involved 123 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines.The database was established by importing the data into the TCMISS.Based on the algorithm of drug frequency statistics,rule analysis and entropy clustering,Professor SI’s medication experience in the treatment of tic disorder in children was analyzed.Results:There were 23 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine with a frequency more than 30 times.The top 5 were Chenpi(Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium),Fuling(Poria),Qingbanxia(Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparatum Cum Alumine),Zhimu(Anemarrhenae Rhizoma),Chaihu(Bupleuri Radix).There were 28 commonly used drug combinations,and the main association rule was Erchen Decoction(二陈汤)and Xiaochaihu Decoction(小柴胡汤).A total of 18 groups of core drug combinations and 9 new prescriptions were evolved.Conclusion:Professor SI Guomin’s general treatment method for tic disorder in children is strengthening the spleen and eliminating phlegm,nourishing yin and soothing the liver,supplemented by nourishing kidney,clearing heat,promoting digesting and relaxing tendons.
