摘要
近年来人们不断探索发现,微小RNA(micro RNA,miRs)调节了三分之一的人类基因,在多种疾病的发生、发展中发挥重要作用。慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)是一种由各种原因引起的持续肾脏结构、功能或二者的持续障碍的临床综合征,肾脏中的巨噬细胞浸润是CKD的共同特征,越来越多的miRs被发现在巨噬细胞执行功能时发挥调控作用,其中一些影响了CKD的发生、发展。
It has been recently discovered that microRNA regulates one third of human genes and plays vital roles in the occurrence and development of various diseases.Chronic kidney disease(CKD)is a kind of clinical syndrome of persistent renal structure,function or both caused by various reasons.Macrophage infiltration within kidney is a common feature of CKD.More and more microRNAs assume a regulatory role in macrophage function and affect the occurrence and development of CKD.
