城市轨道交通轮轨噪声主动控制措施应用研究 被引量:4

Research on Application of Active Control Measures on Wheel-rail Noise of the Urban Rail Transit

摘要 城市轨道交通快速发展的同时也带来一定的噪声污染,轮轨噪声是城市轨道交通主要的噪声源之一。为了有效降低轮轨噪声,提升服务质量,结合典型区间噪声测试,对城市轨道交通轮轨噪声影响因素进行分析。针对性研究速度调整、钢轨打磨、车轮镟修、钢轨阻尼降噪装置等主动控制措施的降噪效果,并提出轮轨噪声的防、治措施建议。结果表明:(1)轮轨噪声随车速变化明显,每减速20 km/h,列车内噪声降低5 dB(A);(2)轮轨噪声与车轮、钢轨磨耗状态密切相关,钢轨打磨能降低车内噪声3~5 dB(A),车轮镟修能够降低车内噪声4~6 dB(A);(3)钢轨阻尼降噪装置能降低轨旁噪声7 dB(A)。 The noise pollution comes along with the rapid development of the urban rail transit and the wheel-rail noise is one of its main noise sources.Analyses are conducted on the influencing factors of the wheel-rail noise to effectively reduce the noise and improve the service quality of the urban rail transit based on typical in-situ noise tests.The noise reduction effects of such active control measures as speed adjustment,rail grinding,wheel lathing repair,rail noise reduction damping device are studied,and prevention and treatment measures of the wheel-rail noise are put forward.The results indicate that:(1)the wheel-rail noise changes obviously with the vehicle speed,and the interior noise of the train is reduced by 5 dB(A)with every 20 km/h speed reduction;(2)the wheel-rail noise is closely related to the wear status of the wheels and rail,and the interior noise of the train is reduced by 3~5 dB(A)and 4~6 dB(A)with rail grinding and wheel lathing repair respectively;(3)the trackside noise is reduced by 7 dB(A)with rail noise reduction damping devise.
