新生儿重症监护病房金黄色葡萄球菌定植、感染及治疗现状 被引量:4

摘要 金黄色葡萄球菌是引起新生儿重症监护病房(neonatal intensive care units,NICU)内医疗相关感染的主要病原菌[1]。金黄色葡萄球菌定植可增加NICU住院患儿发生金黄色葡萄球菌感染的风险[2-3]。对不同人群定植的金黄色葡萄球菌进行分析发现,新生儿中定植的金黄色葡萄球菌具有更强的毒力[4]。为降低金黄色葡萄球菌感染率,国外有NICU对住院患儿金黄色葡萄球菌定植进行定期监测并采用莫匹罗星等进行局部去定植治疗[5],国内也有关于NICU金黄色葡萄球菌定植及危险因素的研究报告[6-8]。
