连续管速度管柱带压起管工艺的改进与应用 被引量:4

摘要 连续油管速度管柱排水采气技术已成为长庆气田三大主体排水采气技术之一。但气井生产至后期,由于地层能量衰减,气井再次出现积液,需要带压起出连续油管才能开展其他排水采气工艺。目前普遍采用的带压起管工艺仅有一道管内封堵屏障,安全风险较高,且需要将起出管反穿设备,工艺复杂。文章对通过管内堵塞器结构设计进行优化改进,降低了管内堵塞器坐封载荷,并研制了可缠绕式的内连接器,建立了管管对接的上提解卡连续油管工艺,最终形成一套完整的连续管速度管柱带压起管改进工艺。现场应用表明,改进后的工艺既避免了解卡后的连续油管反穿注入头、防喷器等设备,又增加了对连续油管的第二重封堵,能够显著提高现场作业的安全性和效率。 Coiled tubing velocity string drainage technology has become one of the three main drainage technologies in Changqing gas field.However,at the later stage of gas well production,due to formation energy attenuation,the gas well again appears to be filled with fluid,and other drainage gas recovery processes can only be carried out by tripping out coiled tubing under pressure.At present,there is only one blockage barrier in the tube which is widely used in the process of tripping pipe under pressure,and the whole risk is high.Besides,it needs to pull out the pipe back through the equipment,so the process is complicated.The setting force of the plug in coiled tubing decreases by optimizing and improving the structure design of the plug.An inner connection has been developed and the coiled tubing process of lifting and unlocking the pipe joint has been established.Finally,a complete new technology of tripping out coiled tubing velocity string with pressure was formed.The field application shows that the new technology can not only avoid the coiled tubing adversely crossing the injector head and blowout preventer,but also increase a second plug for the coiled tubing,which can significantly improve the safety and efficiency of the field operation.
