柔性可穿戴纺织传感器的研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 为了促进纺织传感器向柔性化、微型化、智能化和多功能化方向发展,对纺织传感器的分类、材料特性和制备方法进行综述,重点分析压力传感器、光纤传感器、生物传感器、温湿度传感器的应用现状,并对今后的研究提出展望。指出,纺织传感器是可穿戴设备实现智能化的核心装置,高质量的传感器具备灵敏度高、响应时间短、柔韧性好、易加工和成本低等优点。我国高端纺织传感器的综合技术性能还有待提高,尤其需要加强对新材料、新原理、新技术的探索,以提高纺织传感器的综合性能。 In order to promote the development of textile sensors in our country in the direction of flexibility,miniaturization,intelligence and multi-function,the classification,material characteristics and preparation methods of textile sensors are reviewed.The application status of pressure sensors,optical fiber sensors,biological sensors,and temperature and humidity sensors are analyzed emphasisly and the future research is prospected.The results show that textile sensors are the core devices for wearable devices to realize intelligent functions.High-quality sensors have the advantages of high sensitivity,short response time,good flexibility,easy processing and low cost.The comprehensive technical performance of China*s high-end textile sensors needs to be improved now,especially the exploration of new materials,new principles and new technologies to improve the comprehensive performance of textile sensors.
