摘要
村镇聚落是在特定的地理条件下,经过长期的自然、经济和社会文化等多种因素共同作用的复杂自然—人文景观系统,具有显著的地域分异性和相似性。文章基于中国村镇聚落的发展现实,梳理并界定村镇聚落的概念和空间范围,识别村镇聚落空间分异要素。在借鉴已有区划成果的基础上,以地形地貌、气候、资源禀赋、地域文化、外部驱动力、人口、经济和产业等要素为划分依据,采用自上而下与自下而上相结合的区划思路,运用空间—属性双重聚类法、综合指数法和专家经验评判,将中国划分为5个村镇聚落大区、12个村镇聚落区和48个村镇聚落亚区。各个村镇聚落大区、区和亚区之间呈现出不同的自然属性、经济属性、社会属性、文化属性和发展阶段特征,体现了村镇聚落在全国层面的地域分异规律。通过对村镇聚落概念、识别和区划的研究,不仅能够推动村镇领域的交叉学科应用与发展,还为面向国家乡村振兴战略需求提升村镇建设和规划管理提供基础性的科学支撑。
Village and town settlements are a complex natural-human landscape system under specific geographical conditions,which has been affected by long-term natural,economic,social and cultural factors,and has significant regional differences and similarities. Based on the reality situation of village and town settlements in China,this paper combs and defines the concept and spatial scope boundary of village and town settlements, and identifies the spatial differentiation elements of village and town settlements. And based on the existing zoning results, this article takes the topography,climate,resource endowment,regional culture, external driving force,population,economy and industry and other factors as the basis for division,and adopts a zoning idea that combines top-down and bottom-up. Based on spatial-attribute double clustering method,comprehensive index method and expert experience evaluation,it divides China into 5 large regions of village and town settlements, 12 regions of village and town settlements and 48 sub-regions of village and town settlements. There are different natural attributes, economic attributes,social attributes,cultural attributes and development stages among the big regions,regions and sub-regions of the villages and towns settlements,which embodies the law of regional differentiation of the village and town settlements at the national level. Through the study on the concept,identification and division of villages and towns, these can not only promote the interdisciplinary application and development in the field of villages and towns, but also provide basic scientific support for promoting the construction and planning management of villages and towns to meet the strategic needs of national rural revitalization.
