某生产井油管腐蚀穿孔的原因 被引量:3

摘要 通过宏观分析、材质分析、水质分析、腐蚀产物分析及微观分析等方法对某生产井油管的腐蚀穿孔原因进行失效分析。分析结果表明:该井水质易结FeCO3垢,油管内壁上部整体结垢明显,存在整体性垢下腐蚀,中、下部位的内壁结垢较少,但结垢会优先附着沉积在底部位置,局部附着固体结块而发生垢下腐蚀,最终导致油管腐蚀穿孔。 The failure analysis of the corrosion perforation of a production well tubing is carried out by means of macroscopic analysis,material analysis,water quality analysis,corrosion product analysis and microscopic analysis.The analysis results show that:the water quality of the well is easy to form FeCO3 scale,the upper part of the inner wall of the oil pipe is obviously scaling,and there is corrosion under the integral scale.There is less scaling on the inner wall of the middle and lower parts.Scaling will preferentially adhere and deposit at the bottom,and some solid agglomerates will cause corrosion under the scale,which will eventually lead to corrosion perforation of the tubing.
