摘要
目的多指标优选麸炒枳实最佳炮制工艺。方法以特征图谱为定性指标,饮片性状为炮制程度判断指标,辛弗林、柚皮苷、新橙皮苷的质量分数为定量指标,选取炒制时间、炒制温度、加麸量为麸炒枳实炮制主要因素,采用正交实验设计与主成分分析法优选麸炒枳实炮制工艺。结果对15批麸炒枳实建立特征图谱,标定共有峰7个,并指认了柚皮苷、橙皮苷、新橙皮苷和辛弗林4个化合物。通过正交方差分析与主成分分析,确定麸炒枳实最佳炮制工艺为:每100 kg麸炒枳实用麦麸量为10 kg,炒制温度为220℃,炒制时间为5 min。不同产地生品与其炮制品特征色谱概貌一致,整体分离度较好。结论优选的麸炒枳实炮制工艺切实可行。
Objective To optimize the processing technology of stir-fried Fructus Aurantii immaturus with bran.Methods The processing technology of Stir-Fried Fructus Aurantii with bran was optimized by orthogonal experimental design and principal component analysis,the processing time,temperature and amount of bran were selected as the main factors with the characteristic spectrum as the qualitative index,the characters of decoction pieces as the judgment index of processing degree,and the mass fraction of synephrine,naringin and neohesperidin as the quantitative index.Results The characteristic chromatograms of 15 batches of the stir-fried fructus aurantii were established,7 peaks were identified,and 4 compounds including naringin,hesperidin,neoshesperidin and synefrin were identified.Through orthogonal analysis of variance and principal component analysis,the optimal processing technology was as follows:the amount of practical wheat bran per 100 kg bran was 10 kg,the cooking temperature was 220℃,and the cooking time was 5 min.The characteristic chromatographic profiles of raw and processed products from different producing areas were consistent,and the overall separation degree was good.Conclusion The optimized processing technology of stir-fried Fructus Aurantii immaturus with bran is feasible.
