Development and application of virtual-actual practical teaching platform for industrial robot

摘要 实践教学是工业机器人技术专业学生能力培养的重要环节,其教学平台的革新升级与教学模式的改革创新非常重要。为此,结合工业机器人的典型应用,开发了一套虚实结合的实践教学平台,包括实体工作站和虚拟工作站。实体工作站由IRB120工业机器人和相关周边设备构成,虚拟工作站使用ABB机器人仿真软件RobotStudio按照与实物1∶1的比例开发完成。平台能够有效实现两者之间的相互印证与优势互补,为实践教学提供了新的思路和手段。实践证明,虚实结合的工业机器人实践教学平台有利于教学模式的改革创新和实践课程内容的整合优化,对师生都产生了积极影响,可以为相关院校开展实践教学提供参考与借鉴。 Practice teaching is an important step of the ability training for industrial robot technology students. The innovation of its teaching platform and the reform of its teaching model are very important. Therefore, combined with the typical applications of industrial robots, a set of virtual-actual practical teaching platform is developed, which includes the physical workstation and virtual workstation. The physical workstation is composed of IRB120 industrial robot and related peripheral equipment. The virtual workstation is developed by ABB robot simulation software RobotStudio according to the real object. The platform can effectively realize the mutual verification and complementary advantages between the two, providing new ideas and means for practical teaching. Practice has proved that the virtual-actual practical teaching platform for industrial robot is beneficial to the reform of teaching model and the optimization of practical course content. It has a positive impact on both teachers and students,and can provide reference for the practical teaching in similar colleges and universities.
