摘要
高校大型仪器平台设备存在共享率与使用率低、功能开发不足、有效测试数据量低等问题,限制了平台科研服务效率与质量的提升。苏州大学分析测试中心核磁中心实施多维度平台建设管理模式,经过8年实践,中心仪器使用率大幅提高,2018—2020年,年均校内测试样品量9.3万件,发表相关论文数呈逐年增加的趋势,且高水平论文占比由2012年的58.0%增至2020年的92%。多维度平台建设举措提升了平台的校内科研服务效率和质量,为大型仪器共享平台的建设与运行提供了参考方案。
The large-scale instruments platform in colleges and universities has some problems, such as low sharing and utilization rate, insufficient function development and low amount of effective test data, which limits the improvement of scientific research service efficiency and quality of the platform. The Analysis and Testing Center of Nuclear Magnetic Center at Suzhou University implements the multi-dimensional platform construction management mode, and after eight years of practice, the utilization rate of the center instruments has been greatly improved. From 2018 to 2020, the average annual number of test samples inside the university is 93 000, the number of published papers is increasing year by year, and the proportion of high-level papers increases from 58.0% in 2012 to 92% in 2020. The multi-dimensional platform construction measures improve the efficiency and quality of scientific research service in the platform and provide a reference scheme for the construction and operation of large-scale instruments sharing platform.
