摘要
针对当前中职财经类专业教师普遍缺乏实践经验,专业教师企业实践制度落实不到位,以及指导学生技能实训能力有待提升等问题,提出构建基于虚拟商业社会环境的教师VBSE研修平台,通过企业仿真、岗位认知、技能实操、业务实训、团队比拼等方式,精准培育中职财经类专业教师工商管理、财务、市场营销、信息管理、金融、贸易等企业实践技能。
In view of the current lack of practical experience of Finance and Economics major teachers in secondary vocational schools,the implementation of enterprise practice system of professional teachers is not in place,and the ability of guiding students'skills training needs to be improved.This paper proposes to build a“VBSE”training platform for teachers based on virtual business social environment,which can improve the quality of teaching through enterprise simulation,post cognition,skill practice,business training and team competition,etc.It is expected to cultivate business management,finance,marketing,information management,finance,trade and other enterprise practice skills for finance and economics teachers in secondary vocational schools.
