摘要
目的观察风险防范式护理对妇科肿瘤围手术期患者心理状况和生活质量的影响。方法将120例妇科肿瘤患者按照入院时间将其平均分为研究组和对照组,每组60例。对照组进行围手术期常规护理,研究组进行风险防范式护理。比较2组护理满意度、风险事件发生率、心理状态、生活质量、护理不良事件发生率。结果观察组护理总满意高于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率及护理不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理干预后,2组HAMA及HAMD评分均显著降低,且观察组明显低于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理不良事件发生率为6.67%,对照组为21.67%,观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理干预后,2组生活QLQ-C30评分均显著升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论风险防范式护理有助于提高妇科肿瘤围手术期患者心理状况和生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effects of risk prevention nursing on the psychological status and life quality of patients with gynecological tumors at perioperative period.Methods A total of 120 patients with gynecological tumors were divided into observation group and control group according to the time of admission,with 60 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by routine care at perioperative period,however,the patients in research group were treated by risk prevention nursing care.The nursing satisfaction degree,the incidence of risk events,mental state,quality of life,and the incidence of adverse nursing events were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total satisfaction degree in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),however,the incidence rates of complications and adverse nursing events were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After the nursing intervention,the HAMA and HAMD scores in both were significantly decreased,moreover,which in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse nursing events in observation group was 6.67%,which was significantly lower than that(21.67%)in control group(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,the life QLQ-C30 scores in both groups were significantly increased,moreover,which in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The risk prevention nursing is helpful to improve the psychological status and life quality of patients with gynecological tumors at perioperative period.
