摘要
目的研究社会支持、自我效能和应对方式对新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情下乳腺癌患者心理弹性和作用路径的影响。方法选取确诊的799例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象。运用一般资料问卷、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)、社会支持量表(SSQ)、自我效能量表(GSES)和应对方式量表(MCMQ)评估患者的心理弹性、社会支持、自我效能和应对方式水平,并研究三者对乳腺癌患者心理弹性水平的影响及作用路径。结果乳腺癌患者心理弹性总分为(59.72±13.3)分,社会支持总分为(32.45±8.3)分,自我效能总分为(46.7±8.2)分,对应方式总分为(48.56±10.4)分。乳腺癌患者的主观支持与自我效能对其心理弹性有直接影响和间接正效应影响,面对和屈服应对方式对心理弹性分别有直接的正效应和负效应影响,可解释72.3%的弹性心理(F=114.703,P=0.004)。结论COVID-19疫情下,乳腺癌患者心理弹性水平中等偏低。乳腺癌患者的主观支持、自我效能、面对和屈服的应对方式影响心理弹性水平。
Objective To investigate the effect of self-efficacy,social support and coping styles on the psychological resilience of breast cancer patients in the epidemic of new coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)and to analyze the path of action.Methods The convenience sampling method was used to select 799 breast cancer patients.The general data questionnaire and psycho-elasticity scale(CD-RISC),self-efficacy scale(GSES),social support scale(SSQ),and coping styles scale(MCMQ)were applied to assess patients′levels of psychological resilience,self-efficacy,social support,and coping styles.Pearson correlation analysis,multiple stepwise regression analysis and path analysis were conducted to study the effects of self-efficacy,social support,and coping styles on psychological resilience.Results The total score of psychological resilience of breast cancer patients was 59.72±13.3;the total score of social support was 32.45±8.3;the total score of self-efficacy was 46.7±8.2;and the total score of corresponding methods was 48.56±10.4.The subjective support and self-efficacy of breast cancer patients had direct and indirect positive effects on their psychological resilience.Face and yield coping styles had direct positive and negative effects on psychological resilience respectively,which can explain 72.3%of the resilience psychology(F=114.703,P=0.004).Conclusion Under the COVID-19 epidemic,the psychological resilience of breast cancer patients is moderately low.The subjective support,self-efficacy and coping styles of facing and surrendering breast cancer patients affect the level of psychological resilience.
