热蒸发法制备二氧化锡纳米带及其表征分析

摘要 本文采用物理热蒸发法,在温度为1380℃恒温2.5 h成功制备了氧化锡纳米带,并对生长的氧化锡纳米材料进行了形貌结构的表征。从SEM图可以看出,生长的氧化锡呈带状,其长度可达上百微米,表面光滑平整;XRD分析表明,样品结晶良好并且纯净;TEM显示样品为理想的单晶结构。 In this paper,SnO2 nanoribbon was successfully prepared by physical thermal evaporation at 1380℃for 2.5 h.The morphology and structure of the growing tin oxide nanomaterials were characterized.SEM shows that the growing tin oxide is in the shape of a ribbon with a length of up to hundreds of microns and a smooth surface.XRD analysis showed that the samples crystallized well and were pure.TEM shows that the sample has ideal single crystal structure.
