摘要
神经病理性疼痛(NPP)的西医治疗存在复发及安全性问题,故NPP的中医治疗成为未来的发展趋势。目前,NPP中医治疗的主要方法包括药物与非药物治疗,其中以中药方剂相关研究较多见。近年来,诸多医家结合实际自拟或采用中药复方治疗NPP的研究,侧重于治疗效果、复发情况或患者生活质量等,均显示出理想获益;随着中医治疗的发展,非药物疗法也逐渐用于NPP治疗,且优势突出。但其他新型中医治疗方案尚处于研究阶段,未来NPP的中医治疗仍需不断研究。
The western medicine treatment of neuropathic pain(NPP)has the problems of recurrence and safety,so the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment of NPP has become the development trend in the future.At present,the main methods of TCM treatment of NPP include drug and non-drug treatment,among which the research of TCM prescriptions is more commonly seen.In recent years,the research on NPP treatment of self-making or adopting TCM compound prescription according to the actual situation,are focusing on the therapeutic effect,recurrence or quality of life of the patients,etc.,which all have shown ideal benefits;with the development of TCM treatment,non-drug therapy is also gradually used in the treatment of NPP,with prominent advantages.However,other new TCM treatment schemes are still at the research stage,and the TCM treatment of NPP still needs continuous research in the future.
