摘要
以腐殖土、草炭、蛭石、有机肥和复合肥(16-16-16)为材料,采用随机区组实验设计方法,设计9种不同配方的轻基质,以红壤加腐殖土为对照,系统研究不同配方基质的理化特性及对黄竹容器苗生长的影响,筛选最佳的黄竹容器育苗基质。结果表明:不同配方基质的理化性质显著优于对照,在各配方基质中黄竹容器苗的生长显著高于对照;苗木地径、苗高、生物量、分蘖数、主根根数和根长分别比对照增加25.7%~70.4%、54.1%~126.0%、88.8%~287.2%、33.3%~116.7%,90.0%~270.0%和0.9%~60.3%;苗木叶片氮含量、叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量分别比对照增加3.3%~21.7%、27.8%~82.2%和19.3%~110.9%。综合分析9种基质的理化性质和对黄竹幼苗生长的促进作用,得出的基质最优配方为腐殖质∶草炭∶有机肥∶蛭石∶复合肥=50%∶25%∶15%∶7%∶3%,可推广用于黄竹容器育苗。
With humus soil,peat,vermiculite,organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer(16-16-16)as substrate materials,9 light substrates with different formulas are designed by random block experiment,to systematically study the physicochemical properties of different substrate formulations and their effects on the growth of container seedlings of Dendrocalamus membranceus Munro by using red soil+humus soil as the control,and screen out the optimal substrate for container D.membranaceus seedlings.The results show that the physicochemical properties of different substrate formulations are significantly better than that of the control group,and the container seedlings of each medium formulation grow significantly better than the control group.The basal diameter,seedling height,biomass,tiller number,and root number and root length of the main root increase by 25.7%-70.4%,54.1%-126.0%,88.8%-287.2%,33.3%-116.7%,90.0%-270.0%and 0.9%-60.3%,respectively;and the content of N,chlorophyll and carotenoid in seedling leaves increase by 3.3%-21.7%,27.8%-82.2%and 19.3%-110.9%,respectively.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the physical and chemical properties of 9 kinds of substrates and their promoting effects on the growth of D.membranaceus seedlings,the optimal substrate formula is obtained as follows:humus∶peat∶organic fertilizer∶vermiculite∶compound fertilizer=50%∶25%∶15%∶7%∶3%,which can be widely used for container seedling of D.membranaceus.
