摘要
目的探究父母陪伴联合童趣化护理在腹腔镜下小儿腹股沟疝高位结扎中的应用效果。方法选择2018年7月至2020年7月宣城市人民医院行腹腔镜下小儿腹股沟疝高位结扎的患儿60例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为2组,分别为对照组(30例,常规护理)及试验组(30例,父母陪伴联合童趣化护理),对比2组患儿术前1 d(T0)、等待手术时(T1)、麻醉诱导时(T2)的患儿焦虑[改良耶鲁围手术期焦虑量表(mYPAS)]、家长焦虑程度[状态焦虑量表(S-TAI)],评估T2时刻患儿合作程度[麻醉诱导期合作量表(ICC)],对比2组患儿T1、T2时刻收缩压、舒张压、心率、呼吸;对比2组家长的护理满意度。结果T0、T1时刻2组术前焦虑情绪对比无差异(P>0.05),2组不同时刻m-YPAS评分、S-TAI评分有明显差异(P<0.05),而且T2时刻试验组m-YPAS评分、S-TAI评分较对照组低(P<0.05)。试验组T2时刻ICC评分、疼痛程度评分较对照组低(P<0.05),家长满意度较对照组高(P<0.05)。2组T1时刻呼吸、心率、收缩压、舒张压对比无明显差异(P>0.05),T2时刻试验组较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论父母陪伴联合童趣化护理在腹腔镜下小儿腹股沟疝高位结扎中的应用,能够缓解患儿及家长焦虑,使得患儿安全度过麻醉诱导期,值得推广。
Objective To evaluate application effect of parents-accompanied combined with childern fun nursing in laparoscopic high ligation of inguinal hernia in children.Methods A total of 60 cases of children with high inguinal ligation under laparoscopy in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups using the random number table method,namely the control group(n=30,routine nursing)and the experimental group(n=30,parents-accompanied combined with childern fun nursing).The anxiety[Improved Yale Perioperative Anxiety Scale(mYPAS)]and the anxiety level[State Anxiety Scale(S-TAI)]of the children in the two groups were compared before 1 day(T0),while waiting for surgery(T1)and during anesthesia induction(T2).The cooperation degree of children at T2[Cooperation Scale for Anesthesia Induction period(ICC)]was evaluated,and the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate and breathing at T1 and T2 were compared between the two groups.Parents'satisfaction with care was compared between the two groups.Results There was no difference between the two groups at T0 and T1(P>0.05),and repeated analysis of variance was used.The results showed that there were significant differences in m-YPAS and S-TAI scores between the two groups(P<0.05),and there were significant differences in m-YPAS and S-TAI scores between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).The ICC score,pain degree scoreof the experimental group at T2 was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the parental satisfaction was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in respiration,heart rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups at T1(P>0.05),and the group at T2 was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of parents-accompanied combined with childern fun nursing in laparoscopic high inguinal ligation in children can relieve the anxiety of children and parents,and make the children safely pass the anesthesia induction period,which is worthy of promotion.
