摘要
目的探讨老年高血压联合应用氨氯地平及瑞舒伐他汀治疗对提高疗效、减轻动脉硬化的作用。方法抽取我院2018年1月至2019年12月收治的老年高血压患者70例为研究对象,根据治疗方案不同分为对照组和试验组各35例,分别给予氨氯地平、氨氯地平+瑞舒伐他汀治疗,评估两组降压、调脂效果及用药安全性,并观察两组动脉硬化情况。结果试验组治疗后血压指标(SBP、DBP)水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后血脂指标(TC、TG、LDL-C)水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后动脉硬化指标(IMT、PWV、DIS、PV)水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组不良反应总发生率与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在氨氯地平基础上,予以老年高血压患者瑞舒伐他汀治疗,可有效调脂、稳定血压,有利于减轻动脉硬化,且联合用药不会增加副反应发生风险,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the function of amlodipine combined with rosuvastatin on improving therapeutic efficacy and relieving arteriosclerosis on senile hypertension.Methods A total of 70 senile patients with hypertension admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group(n=35)and the experimental group(n=35)according to different treatment schemes.The control group was treated with amlodipine,while the experimental group was treated with amlodipine combined with rosuvastatin.The antihypertensive and blood lipid-regulating efficacies and medication safety of the two groups were evaluated.The arteriosclerosis of the two groups was observed.Results After treatment,the levels of blood pressure indices(SBP,DBP)in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of blood lipid indices(TC,TG,LDL-C)in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of arteriosclerosis indices(IMT,PWV,DIS,PV)in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion On the basis of amlodipine,rosuvastatin treatment for senile patients with hypertension can effectively regulate blood lipid,stabilize blood pressure,and help alleviate arteriosclerosis.Meanwhile,the combination of drugs will not increase the risk of side effects.Therefore,it is worthy of promotion.
