摘要
冷却塔是循环水单元常见而又重要的能耗设备,其安全稳定运行对铁钢轧生产线具有重要影响,同时也是粗放运行的耗能大户。为保障冷却塔安全、高效、节能、稳定运行,以风机全年总运行能耗最低、出水温度稳定为目标,针对宝钢某循环水单元冷却塔群组,基于水量平衡模型、速率模型、麦克尔焓差法等理论与工具设计了冷却塔智慧运行系统。该系统投运后降低了风机能耗,提高了出水温度控制精度,提高了劳动生产效率;本系统将给四季温差大的地区的冷却塔系统带来更大的经济价值。
Cooling tower is a common and important energy consumption equipment in circulating water unit.Its safe and stable operation has an important influence on iron and steel rolling production line,and it is also a large energy consumption in extensive operation.In order to ensure the security of the cooling tower,high efficiency,energy saving,stable operation,with total annual fan operating the lowest energy consumption,water temperature stability as the goal,aiming at baosteel iron&steel company,a unit of circulating water cooling tower,based on water balance model,rate model,Michael enthalpy potential method theory and tools such as cooling tower intelligence operation system is designed.After the system was put into operation,the energy consumption of the fan is reduced,the control precision of the water outlet temperature is improved,and the labor production efficiency was improved.This system will bring greater economic value to the cooling tower system in the area with large temperature difference in four seasons.
