斜沟煤矿13号煤层自燃特性与标志性气体试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过在斜沟煤矿13号煤23105工作面取样,利用热重与热解试验方法研究含丝炭层与不含丝炭层煤样自燃特性。基于活化能指标分析13号煤自燃倾向性,最终得到斜沟煤矿13号煤自燃特性,试验结果证明:煤样的氧化分解反应属于一级化学反应,丝炭煤由于着火点低、自燃倾向性强,需要加强预测预报。根据试验结果,构建以一氧化碳为主、乙烯为辅的自燃标志性气体指标体系,为有效防治矿井内因火灾提供理论依据。 By taking samples from 23105 working face of No.13 coal in Xiegou Coal Mine,the characteristics of spontaneous combustion of coal samples with and without silky carbon beds were studied by thermogravimetric and pyrolysis tests.Based on the analysis of the spontaneous combustion tendency of No.13 coal based on the activation energy index,the spontaneous combustion characteristics of No.13 coal in Xiegou Coal Mine are finally obtained.The test results prove that the oxidation and decomposition reaction of coal samples belongs to the first-order chemical reaction.Due to the low ignition point and strong spontaneous combustion tendency of silky coal,the prediction and prediction need to be strengthened.According to the test results,the index system of spontaneous combustion with carbon monoxide as the main gas and ethylene as the auxiliary gas is constructed,which provides a theoretical basis for the effective prevention and control of mine internal fire.
