原煤与型煤破裂过程中声发射特征对比研究

摘要 为探讨原煤与型煤失稳破坏过程中的声发射特征差别,文章利用RMT150-B型岩石实验系统对原煤与型煤进行单轴压缩实验,并通过DS-5型声发射仪对其失稳破坏过程中的声发射现象进行监测,对比分析原煤与型煤失稳破坏过程中声发射现象之间的差别。结果表明:在整个失稳破坏过程中,都伴随有声发射现象的产生,型煤的声发射峰值计数与能量、累计声发射计数与能量都小于原煤;两者都在塑性阶段的后期声发射计数与能量达到峰值,标志着煤样破坏的前兆。 In order to discuss the acoustic emission characteristics of raw coal and shaped coal differences,in this paper,RMT150-B rock experimental system was used for uniaxial compression test of raw coal and shaped coal,and the acoustic emission phenomenon in the process of instability and failure was monitored by DS-5 acoustic emission instrument,comparative analysis of acoustic emission phenomenon between raw coal and mold coal in unstable failure process.Results show that in the whole process of instability and failure,acoustic emission phenomenon is accompanied.the acoustic emission peak count and energy,cumulative acoustic emission count and energy of briquette are less than raw coal;Both of them reached the peak value of acoustic emission count and energy in the later plastic stage,indicating the precursor of coal sample failure.
