摘要
目的观察言语训练治疗脑卒中患者复述障碍的临床疗效。方法选取不同程度复述障碍的脑卒中患者30例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(15例)和对照组(15例)。对照组给予常规的言语训练,观察组采取《国际功能、残疾和健康分类》international classification of function,disability and health(ICF)体系下语言认知评估训练与沟通仪软件在优势刺激下进行复述名词、动词、句子以及音调、响度等方面进行训练,共治疗4周。治疗前及治疗4周后均采用中国康复研究中心汉语标准失语症检查表(CRRCAE)和语言认知评估训练与沟通仪软件对复述功能进行效果评估。结果治疗4周后,两组CRRCAE复述功能评分、语言认知评估训练与沟通仪复述功能评分均明显高于治疗前(P<0.05);且治疗4周后观察组的复述功能评分均高于同期对照组(P<0.05)。结论语言认知评估训练与沟通仪失语症系统的复述障碍训练方案能有效改善脑卒中患者的复述障碍,加速言语能力的康复,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the clinical effect of speech training on stroke patients with repetition disturbance.Methods Thirty stroke patients with different degree of retelling disorder were selected,by random number table method,they were divided into observation group(15 cases)and control group(15 cases).The control group was given regular speech training.The observation group was trained to repeat nouns,verbs,sentences,pitch and loudness with the software of"Language Cognitive Assessment Training and Communication Instrument"under the international classification of functionality,disability and health(ICF).The treatment lasted for 4 weeks.China Rehabilitation Research Center Aphasia Examination(CRRCAE)and the software"Language Cognitive Assessment Training and Communication Instrument"were used to evaluate the effect of the repetition function before and after 4 weeks of treatment.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,CRRCAE repetition function score and"language cognitive assessment training and communication instrument"repetition function score were significantly higher than those of before their treatment in both groups(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of repetition function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion"Language Cognitive Assessment Training and Communication Instrument"aphasia system repetition disturbance training program can effectively improve the stroke repetition disturbance,accelerate the rehabilitation of speech ability,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
