摘要
国土空间规划“一张图”实施监督信息系统是落实国土空间规划监督实施的重要抓手,是实现各类国土空间管控要素精准落地和用途管制的重要依托。本文通过研究省级“一张图”系统建设体系,构建省级“一张图”系统建设框架,探索省级“一张图”系统设计与实现,完成国土空间规划“编制-审查-实施-监督”全周期信息化管控闭环,提升了国土空间规划动态监测评估预警、规划实施监管能力。
The implementation supervision information system of "One Map" of land space planning was an important starting point for the implementation of the supervision and implementation of land space planning.It is also an important support for realizing the accurate landing and land use regulation of various territorial space control elements.Through studying "One Map" system construction system at the provincial level,system construction frame of"One Map" was built,and design and implementation "One Map" at the provincial level system were explored.The closed-loop information management and control of the "preparation-review-implementation-supervision" of Land and space planning was completed.It improves the dynamic monitoring,evaluation and early warning of land and space planning,and the ability of planning implementation supervision.
