摘要
新时期国土空间规划“一张图”是规划信息化建设理论的重构,而由“数据融合”到“应用驱动”是其关键命题。本文结合浏阳地方实践,从“数据融合、机制标准、信息平台、应用驱动”四个方面重构国土空间规划“一张图”建构路径,初步探索其在项目策划生成、空间智能计算、成果质量检查、实施监督反馈等方面的具体应用,以期为其他市县级国土空间规划“一张图”推进提供浏阳经验。
"One Map"of new land-space planning was the reconstruction of planning informatization theory,and it was the key from"data fUsion"to"application-driven".Combining with the local practice in Liuyang,the theory of"One Map"construction in land-space planning and its realization path was explored from four aspects,including the data fusion,mechanism standards,information platform and application drive.The specific applications of"One Map"in project planning,intelligent spatial calculation,result quality inspection,implementation supervision and feedback preliminarily were also explored preliminarily.It can provide other cities with the experience for their further advancement in information construction of land-space planning.
