超前周边注浆技术在软弱围岩中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 软弱围岩在隧道施工过程中具有地质变化复杂,支护形式多样的特点,尤其在软弱围岩的施工过程中存在浅埋、富水、偏压等多种施工技术难题时,对隧道施工安全风险的控制带来了诸多不利因素,因此在复杂地质情况下需对软弱围岩进行注浆措施,以将围岩施工风险控制在可控范围之内。以哈牡客专爱民隧道为基础,按照"注浆渗透、劈裂、挤密"的注浆机理,对软弱围岩进行超前周边注浆加固设计,通过分析法和检查孔法对注浆效果进行评定,确保了注浆效果达到设计预期目的,在施工过程中起到了很好的止水及软弱围岩加固的作用,降低了施工风险,对类似工程具有借鉴意义。 Weak rock has a complex geological changes in the process of tunnel construction,support various forms of characteristics,especially in the soft surrounding rock of shallow buried,rich water existing in the construction process,bias and various technical difficulties,construction of the tunnel construction safety risk control has brought many unfavorable factors,so in complex geological conditions for weak rock grouting measures,to the construction of risk control of surrounding rock in manageable.In this paper,on the basis of his ha negundo guest designed tunnel,in accordance with the"grouting penetration,splitting,compaction"grouting mechanism,the advanced peripheral grouting reinforcement design in weak rock,through the analysis and inspection hole method to assess the effect of grouting,ensures that the grouting effect to meet the design aim,in the process of construction has played a very good water and weak rock reinforcement effect,reduce the risk of construction,the significance of reference to the similar projects.
