芋荷梗水不溶性膳食纤维提取工艺优化 被引量:6

Optimization of Extraction Process of Insoluble Dietary Fiber from Taro Leafstalk

摘要 以芋荷梗为原料,通过化学方法提取水不溶性膳食纤维。利用单因素试验和正交试验对提取条件进行优化,确定最佳提取工艺:料液比1︰10(g/mL),提取温度50℃,提取时间30 min,碱浓度6.0 g/L。此时,芋荷梗膳食纤维提取率为65.20%。试验结果可为芋荷梗提取膳食纤维提供思路。 Insoluble dietary fiber was extracted from taro leafstalk by chemical method.Single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment were used to optimize the extraction condition.The optimal extraction process was the ratio of material to liquid 1︰10(g/mL),the extraction temperature 50℃,the extraction time 30 min and the mass concentration of sodium hydroxide 6.0 g/L.Under this condition,the extraction rate of insoluble dietary fiber was the highest,and the optimal combination was obtained.A new way to extract insoluble dietary fiber from taro leafstalk was provided.
