摘要
为了解新疆地区2020年规模化猪场猪圆环病毒2型的免疫抗体水平,选择新疆地区6个规模化猪场,针对不同日龄段的猪采集血清样品333份,采用猪圆环病毒2型ELISA抗体检测方法进行抗体检测分析。结果发现,2020年新疆地区规模化猪场猪圆环病毒2型平均抗体阳性率为77.78%(259/333),平均抗体阳性率符合国家标准。但各猪场免疫效果参差不齐,抗体阳性率最高的为A场,阳性率达100.00%;阳性率最低的为C场,仅48.78%,低于(70%)的国家标准。不同日龄段的猪抗体水平也存在一定的差异,抗体阳性率最高为种公猪,达96.30%;而保育阶段猪抗体水平最低,仅有47.92%,低于国家标准。
To investigate the level of porcine circovirus type 2 immune antibody in large-scale pig farms in Xinjiang in 2020,six large-scale pig farms in Xinjiang were selected to collect 333 serum samples from pigs of different days of age.The antibody detection method of porcine circovirus type 2 ELISA was used for antibody detection and analysis.The results showed that,in 2020,the average positive rate of porcine circovirus type 2 antibody in large-scale pig farms in Xinjiang was 77.78%(259/333),and the average positive rate met the national standard.The antibody positive rate was 100.00%in farm A,which had the highest antibody positive rate.The antibody positive rate of field C was the lowest,only 48.78%,lower than the national standard of 70%.There were also differences in antibody levels among pigs with different age groups,and the highest antibody positive rate was 96.30%in breeding boars.The antibody level of pigs in the nursery stage was the lowest,only 47.92%,lower than the national standard of 70%.
