摘要
目的研究中医药学服务对患者服药依从性的干预效果。方法采用前瞻性研究方式,随机选择我院2019年1—12月收治的212例患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(常规药学服务)与观察组(中医药学服务),每组各106例。比较两组患者干预后的服药依从性、药学服务满意度、不良反应情况。结果观察组服药依从性总依从率高于对照组(P=0.000);观察组药学服务满意度高于对照组(P=0.000);观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P=0.018)。结论临床通过采取专业的中医药学服务,能够有效改善患者对于疾病的认知,提升患者服药依从性,改善患者治疗体验,对不良反应的规避也具有重要的促进作用。
Objective To study the intervention effect of pharmaceutical care of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)on medication compliance in patients.Methods A prospective research method was used to randomly select 212 patients admitted to our hospital from January to December 2019 as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into the control group(conventional pharmaceutical care)and observation group(pharmaceutical care of TCM),with 106 cases in each group.The medication compliance,satisfaction with pharmaceutical care,and adverse reactions(ADRs)of the two groups of patients after intervention were compared.Results The total compliance rate of medication compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.000).The satisfaction degree of pharmaceutical care in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.000).The total incidence of ADRs in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.018).Conclusion Adopting professional pharmaceutical care of TCM in clinic can effectively improve patients'cognition of diseases,enhance medication compliance in patients,improve patients'treatment experience,and it also plays an important role in promoting the avoidance of ADRs.
