摘要
追溯我国女子冰球的发展历程,剖析我国女子冰球运动发展规律,以参加冬奥会为目标,研究我国女子冰球运动发展的有效路径。女子冰球在我国历经发展初期、成长期、鼎盛期、保持期四个阶段。总结各阶段发展特征,项目发展与经济水平息息相关,加大冰雪人才培养力度,促进产、学、研融合发展。展望未来,在发展模式方面应引入高级别赛事,创新自有赛事品牌,建立健全冰雪政策,促使冰雪产业发展系统化、智慧化、规模化和产业化,借北京冬奥东风推动京津冀-黑龙江冰球一体化发展,使其成为未来的主阵地。
To trace the development process of women’s ice hockey in my country,analyze the development law of women’s ice hockey in China,and study the effective path of the development of women’s ice hockey in my country with the goal of participating in the Winter Olympics.Women’s ice hockey has gone through four stages in my country:the initial stage of development,the growth stage,the heyday and the retention stage.Summarize the development characteristics of each stage,the project development is closely related to the economic level,increase the training of ice and snow talents,promote the integrated development of industry,academia,and research.Looking forward to the future,we should introduce high-level events in the development model,innovate our own event brand,and establish a sound The ice and snow policy has promoted the development of the ice and snow industry to be systematized,intelligent,large-scale,and industrialized.The Beijing Winter Olympics will promote the integrated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Heilongjiang ice hockey and make it the main front in the future.
