同步推量调强放疗同步PF化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌患者的临床研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究中晚期宫颈癌患者采用同步推量调强放疗(SMART)联合PF(顺铂+氟尿嘧啶)化疗的临床效果。方法:选取河南科技大学第一附属医院(2019-05~2020-10)78例中晚期子宫颈癌患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=39)、观察组(n=39)。对照组采用PF方案化疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合SMART,比较两组近期疗效、2年生存率与无瘤生存率、治疗前与治疗2周及4周肿瘤标志物水平[血清糖类抗原(CA724)、糖类抗原50(CA50)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、鳞状细胞癌抗原(SCC-Ag)]。结果:观察组近期疗效、2年生存率、无瘤生存率(87.18%、87.18%、64.10%)均较对照组(66.67%、66.67%、38.46%)高(P<0.05);治疗2周、治疗4周两组血清CA724、CA50、CEA、SCC-Ag水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:同步推量调强放疗联合PF化疗可显著提高中晚期宫颈癌患者近期疗效,并可有效提升生存率与无肿瘤生存率,降低肿瘤标志物水平,远期疗效较好。
