摘要
自我国第二次全国人口普查工作以来,我国已经逐步步入人口老龄化的时代,时代的发展变革让越来越多的老人、中年人将注意力逐渐倾斜到养老问题领域,如何在家庭养老的基础上拓宽社会结构养老在实际社会发展中的落实,为未来的老年生活提供保障就成为了现阶段社会关注的核心。在这一背景下,基于"医养结合"理念下的养老模式逐渐出现在人们的日常生活中,如何针对现阶段"医养结合"下养老模式制度中存在的困境和不足进行研究,从而针对性的落实相应完善举措就成为了现阶段迫在眉睫需要解决的问题之一。由此,文章着眼于以往医养结合养老模式制度的困境入手进行阐述、研究,从而探究能够突破其困境的举措,希望能够对未来医养结合养老模式在社会中的普及奠定基础。
Since China’s second national census,China has gradually entered the age of population aging.The development and changes of the era have made more and more elderly and middle-aged people gradually focus their attention on the field of pension problems.Broadening the social structure on the basis of old-age care,the implementation of old-age care in actual social development,providing security for the future life of the elderly has become the core of social concern at this stage.Under this background,the old-age care model based on the concept of"integration of medical and nursing care"gradually appears in people’s daily lives.The implementation of corresponding improvement measures has become one of the urgent problems to be solved at this stage.Therefore,this article focuses on the predicament of the past medical care and pension system model to elaborate and study,so as to explore measures that can break through its predicament,hoping to lay the foundation for the popularization of the future medical care and pension system in the society.
