摘要
为解决船舶分段建造过程中工艺数据实时采集与应用方面的问题,以胎架工艺装备为载体,构建一套面向船舶分段胎架管理的物联网系统。该系统由数据获取层、数据传输层和数据管理层构成,其中:数据获取层由传感器设备实现数据采集;数据传输层由ZigBee无线网络保证采集的数据实时传输;数据管理层由开发的分段建造工艺系统支撑,为胎架管理提供数据基础。试验结果表明:该系统能有效采集、传输、分析和存储船舶分段建造过程中的工艺数据,并通过系统软件对胎架进行远程控制。相比传统的分段建造模式,该方法能极大地提高工艺数据采集与胎架管理水平,为后续船舶智能制造模式的发展提供参考。
In order to solve the problem of real-time collecting and applying of the process data in ship block construction,an Internet of Things(IoT)system for ship block frame management is constructed on the basis of frame technology,which consists of a data acquisition layer,a data transport layer,and a data management layer.The data acquisition layer realizes data acquisition with the sensor device;the data transmission layer is guaranteed by ZigBee to realize real-time transmission of the collected data;and the data management layer is supported by the block construction process system to provide the data for the tire frame manage.The experimental results show that the system can effectively collect,transmit,analyze and store the process data of the ship block construction process,and remotely control the tire frame with the system software.Compared with the traditional block construction mode,the method greatly improves the process data collection and the management of the tire frame,which provides reference for the development of the subsequent intelligent manufacture of ships.
