摘要
目的观察种植牙支抗矫治下颌第一磨牙缺失伴第二磨牙近中倾斜的临床效果。方法选择2018年9月~2020年10月接受下颌第二磨牙倾斜矫正的患者29例,实验组使用种植牙支抗矫正,对照组使用微种植体支抗矫正,通过三维数字化模型测量手段,比较两组患者在矫治前后倾斜的下颌第二磨牙在矫治前后的矢状向、垂直向和水平向的变化量。结果实验组和对照组在X轴和Y轴方向上均实现了较显著的位移,在Z轴方向上的位移分别为(2.13±0.50)mm、(0.12±0.06)mm,均表现为颊向移动,但对照组移动幅度不大,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论种植牙支抗能在三维方向上实现对倾斜下颌第二磨牙的有效控制,尤其是在颊舌向控制上优于微种植体支抗。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of dental implant anchorage in the treatment of the loss of mandibular first molar with mesial tilt of the second molar.Methods Twenty-nine patients who underwent oblique correction of the second mandibular molars from September 2018 to October 2020 were selected.The test group used implant anchorage correction, and the control group used micro implant anchorage correction.The two were compared by using three-dimensional digital model measurement methods.The amount of changes in the sagittal, vertical and horizontal directions of the inclined second molars of the mandibular second molars before and after the treatment in the group of patients.Results Both the experimental group and the control group achieved significant displacements in the X-axis and Y-axis directions, and the displacements in the Z-axis direction were(2.13±0.50)mm and(0.12±0.06)mm, both of which showed buccal movement.However, the movement range of the control group was not large, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dental implant anchorage can achieve effective control of inclined mandibular second molars in three-dimensional directions, especially in the control of buccal-lingual direction, which is better than micro-implant anchorage.
