饲料工业振动流化床干燥器气粒两相流特性分析 被引量:3

摘要 干燥是饲料工业生产的重要工艺过程之一。振动流化床干燥具有提质、增效、降耗等优点。研究基于计算流体动力学(CFD)建立干燥模型,采用欧拉-欧拉方程描述振动流化床干燥(VFBD)过程中的气固两相流动,采用有限体积法求解该模型,并对干燥室内的气粒两相流进行数值模拟,分析振动频率和入口热空气速度对干燥室气粒两相流动特性的影响。模拟结果表明,振动流化床干燥器的振动频率和进口热空气速度对颗粒饲料的体积分数分布和流态化影响显著,当振动频率12 Hz、进口热空气速度0.8 m/s时,干燥室饲料颗粒流态化最佳,颗粒相体积分数分布均匀。 Drying is an important process in feed industry.Vibration fluidized bed drying has the characteristics of improving quality,increasing efficiency and reducing consumption.The study based on computational fluid dynamics(CFD),a drying model was established with the Eulerian-Eulerian equations,which describe the gas-solid two-phase flow during the vibratory fluidized bed drying(VFBD)process.The finite volume method was adopted to solve the model,and the flow characteristics of the drying chamber were numerically simulated.The effects of vibration frequency and inlet hot air velocity on the expanded feed particles and the bubble phenomenon in the granular layer were analyzed.The results showed that the optimum combination is when the vibration frequency was 12 Hz and the inlet hot air velocity was 0.8 m/s.The fluidization of feed particles is the best in the drying chamber,and the volume fraction of particles is evenly distributed.
