摘要
郑州南站匝道桥采用挂篮现浇施工,由于桥梁正上方有一高压线,采用传统的菱形挂篮不能满足施工限高的要求。基于此,设计了一种新型挂篮,采用6I56a型钢组合梁替代了传统挂篮的菱形桁架结构,满足了施工中限高的要求。对新型挂篮悬挂现浇过程进行了数值仿真,计算结果与施工实践表明,新型挂篮的强度、变形满足要求。
The ramp bridge of Zhengzhou South Railway Station is constructed by cast-in-place traveling carriage.Because there is a high-voltage line directly above the bridge,the traditional diamond traveling carriage cannot meet the requirements of construction height limit.Based on this,a new type of traveling carriage was designed,which used 6I56a steel composite beam to replace the diamond truss structure of the traditional traveling carriage to meet the requirements of height limit in construction.The finite element method was used to simulate the construction process of the new traveling carriage,and the results show that the strength and deformation of the new traveling carriage meet the requirements.
