摘要
利用生物信息学技术预测并分析玉米大斑病菌ABC转运蛋白StMlt1的结构和功能。结果显示,StMlt1蛋白含有1543个氨基酸残基,为稳定的疏水性碱性蛋白;二级结构元件中α-螺旋含量最高,达到54.7%;亚细胞定位推测位于液泡膜;保守结构域包括跨膜螺旋区域及AAA-ATP酶区域,具有ATP酶活性与物质跨膜运动的耦合功能。系统发育分析结果表明,StMlt1与Pyrenophora teres和Pyrenophora tritici-repentis亲缘关系最近。以上研究结果为阐明StMlt1蛋白在玉米大斑病菌生长和致病过程中的作用奠定了基础。
In this study,the structure and function of ATP-binding cassette transporter StMlt1 in Setosphaeria turcica were predicted and analyzed by bioinformatics.The results showed that StMlt1 contained 1543 amino acid residues and was a stable,hydrophobic and basic protein.Theα-helix content reached 54.7%which was the most secondary structural element in StMlt1 protein.Subcellular localization suggested that the protein located in the vacuole membrane.The conservative domains included transmembrane helix region and AAA-ATPase region predicting that the protein had the coupling function of ATPase activity and substance transmembrane movement.The phylogenetic analysis showed that StMlt1 had the closest relationship with Pyrenophora teres and Pyrenophora tritici-repentis.The results provide the basis for the illustration of the role of StMlt1 protein in the growth and pathogenesis of Setosphaeria turcica.
