类沸石咪唑骨架ZIF-8复合材料构筑及其应用——针对包装行业VOCs的监测和处理 被引量:1

摘要 本文以石墨烯量子点为基体,在边缘接枝甲基咪唑,再与锌离子络合形成含石墨烯量子点的类沸石咪唑骨架ZIF-8复合材料。其中,柠檬酸为碳源,组氨酸提供甲基咪唑为配体。利用扫描电镜、透射电镜、X射线衍射、红外光谱、吸附等手段研究复合材料的微观结构和对VOCs的监测效果。制备的类ZIF-8复合材料具有三维多孔结构,将其作为荧光探针,二甲苯、丙酮和甲醛三种VOCs作为监测目标,吸附结果表明复合材料对二甲苯、丙酮和甲醛均具有良好的监测灵敏度,其中对二甲苯的监测灵敏度更高,检测极限达到0.014μg/mL。 This work aims to prepare like zeolite imidazole framework ZIF-8 composites using graphene quantum dots GQDs as the matrix,and methylimidazole was grafted on the edges,and then complexed with zinc ions.For preparing the composites,citric acid was used as carbon source,histidine as methylimidazole and zinc chloride as the source of zinc ions.The analysis methods including SEM,TEM,XRD,FT-IR and adsorption experiments were used to study the microstructure of composite materials and the monitoring effect on VOCs.These results showed that as-prepared composites had a threedimensional porous structure.When they were used as fluorescence probes,three VOCs,including xylene,acetone and formaldehyde,were used as monitoring targets.The results showed that the composites had a good sensitivity for the detection of xylene,acetone and formaldehyde.The sensitivity of xylene was highest,and the detection limit reached 0.014μg/mL.
