摘要
介绍国内外不同等级医院、养老机构及托幼机构的手卫生现状,从手卫生问题的原因、对策等方面总结医院、养老院及托幼机构手卫生的影响因素,以及将一些特殊方法如PDCA循环管理法、神秘客稽查法、第三方调查的绩效考核法等应用到手卫生依从性中,并对我国的手卫生研究前景进行展望。
This paper introduced the present situation of hand hygiene in different levels of hospitals,endowment institutions and childcare facilities at home and abroad.The influencing factors of hand hygiene were summarized by analyzing the causes and solutions from the hospitals,endowment institutions and childcare facilities.The applications of some special methods such as PDCA cycle management method,mystery guest inspection method and third party investigation performance appraisal method to improve the hand hygiene compliance were introduced,and the research future on hand hygiene of our country was prospected.
