摘要 主动弯曲网壳结构的成形方式极为特殊,其初始形态为由剪式铰连接的双向通长平面网格,通过对平面网格的弯曲实现结构曲面造型.由于剪式铰允许发生平面内转动,因此结构可通过四边形网格角度的变化来适应自身形态的变化.主动弯曲网壳结构最早由德国著名工程师Frei Otto于上世纪六十年代提出,但由于找形复杂、施工困难等因素,全球仅有约10座建筑采用了该结构形式.进入新世纪以来,随着计算技术、施工技术和材料技术的发展,主动弯曲网壳结构重新获得了学术界的关注并得到了新的工程应用.本文首先回顾了历史上的主动弯曲网壳建筑,然后从构件材料、节点形式、边界构造、找形方法、施工方法、剪切刚度的获得、力学性能等方面对主动弯曲网壳结构的特性进行了综述.在此基础上,梳理了目前研究不足之处并提出了未来研究展望. Bending-active gridshells are characterized by their unique forming process,through which their final shape is derived by bending a mat of initially planar grids assembled by bidirectional continuous beams.The beams are connected by cylindrical hinge joints,which allow for in-plane rotation.This feature allows a bending-active gridshell to be able to vary its shape in the forming process through the distortion of grid angles.The concept of bending-active gridshells was proposed by the world-renowned German engineer Frei Otto as early as in 1960 s,but only about ten of them have been built due to the complexity and difficulty in their form-finding and construction.Since the beginning of the new century,however,the development of computation,construction and material technologies has produced a revival of interest,from both the academic and engineering communities,in this special type of structures.This paper begins with a summary of extant bending-active gridshells,followed by a detailed review from different aspects,including material choice,joint types,boundary configuration,form-finding methods,construction methods,manners to introduce shear stiffness and mechanical properties,based on which deficiencies of relevant research are identified and future research directions are proposed.
