摘要
锻锤是四锤头径向精锻机的主要受力构件,过渡圆角属于锻锤基体面的棱角,是基体截面积急剧变化的地方,在实际生产中是锻锤容易出现损伤的部位。为了分析径向锻造中锻锤表面过渡圆角结构对锻锤受力受热的影响,综合考虑锻锤设计参数,利用有限元软件,采用弹塑性方法对径向精锻机锻锤进行了热力耦合数值模拟研究。结果表明:锻锤的应力主要集中在过渡圆角处,过渡圆角半径大小对应力集中影响大,应力随锻锤表面过渡圆角半径增大而减小。锻锤的温度变化的地方主要分布在锻锤与工件接触的表面,锻锤过渡圆角半径为22mm时温度变化小,最高温度为521℃。
The forging hammer is the main force-bearing component of the four-hammer radial precision forging machine. The transition fillet belongs to the corner of the base surface of the forging hammer. It is the place where the cross-sectional area of the base body changes drastically. In actual production,it is the part where the forging hammer is prone to damage. In order to analyze the influence of the rounded corner structure of the forging hammer surface on the force and heat of the forging hammer in radial forging,the design parameters of the forging hammer are comprehensively considered,the finite element software is used,and the elastic-plastic method is used to thermally couple the forging hammer of the radial precision forging machine. Numerical simulation research. The results show that the stress of the forging hammer is mainly concentrated at the transition fillet,and the radius of the transition fillet has a great influence on the stress concentration. The stress decreases as the radius of the transition fillet on the surface of the forging hammer increases. The temperature change of the forging hammer is mainly distributed on the surface where the forging hammer contacts the workpiece. When the transition radius of the forging hammer is 22 mm,the temperature change is small,and the maximum temperature is 521℃.
