连铸坯大压下轧机液压控制设计

摘要 论述了一种全液压控制回路。属于冶金液压控制技术领域。对油缸进行压力和位置的控制来满足轧机最大轧制力和压下量的要求。其功能性是按自动化控制系统随着铸坯凝固末端位置跟踪信号所发出的控制指令,控制实现大压下功能;跟踪铸坯芯部凝固位置,控制辊缝实现轻压下功能;跟踪铸坯凝固末端位置,在铸坯已经完全凝固的时候配合前后辅助夹持辊的低压夹紧,保护大压下前后辅助夹持辊设备。国内冶金市场应用前景广泛,可用于现有国内炼钢连铸机升级改造和新炼钢连铸机生产线。 A kind of hydraulic control circuit were intoduced in this paper,it belongs to the technical field of metallurgical hydraulic control. the pressure and position of oil cylinder are controlled to meet the requirements of maximum rolling force and reduction.Its functionality is to realize the hard reduction function according to the control command sent by the automatic control system along with the position tracking signal of the solidification end of the caster billet;Tracking the solidification position of the core of strand,and controlling the roll gap to achieve the function of soft reduction;Tracking the solidification end position of the strand. When the strand has been completely solidified,the front and rear auxiliary pinch rollers are clamped with low pressure to protect the front and rear auxiliary pinch roller devices. The application prospect of domestic metallurgical market is wide,which can be used for upgrading and upgrading of existing domestic steel-making continuous casting machine and new steel-making continuous casting machine production line.
