摘要
目的探讨基于健康教育精准连接系统(HEALS)助手的医护联动模式在诊断性支气管镜中的应用效果。方法选取我院呼吸科2020年1月至6月首次行诊断性支气管镜检查的110例住院患者作为研究对象,采用便利抽样法随机将其分为对照组(常规护理模式)和试验组(基于HEALS助手的医护联动模式),各55例。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,试验组围术期相关知识掌握程度评分及掌握程度分级均优于对照组(P<0.05)。与进镜前静息状态下比较,两组诊断性支气管镜检查过程中均有心率增快、血压升高、血氧饱和度下降,但试验组变化幅度小于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组支气管镜检查依从率、护理满意度高于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于HEALS助手的医护联动模式有利于提高患者围术期相关知识掌握程度、支气管镜检查依从性、护理满意度,降低心率、血压、血氧饱和度的变化幅度,减少术后并发症的发生,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of medical care linkage mode based on health education accurately linking system(HEALS)assistant in diagnostic bronchoscope.Methods A total of 110 hospitalized patients who underwent diagnostic bronchoscopy for the first time in respiratory department of our hospital from January to June 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into control group(routine nursing mode)and experimental group(medical care linkage mode based on HEALS assistant)by convenience sampling method,with 55 cases in each group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the scores of mastery degree of perioperative related knowledge and grades of mastery degree in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the resting state before bronchoscopy,heart rate and blood pressure increased and blood oxygen saturation decreased during diagnostic bronchoscopy in both groups,but the variation range of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The compliance rate of bronchoscopy and nursing satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the total incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The medical care linkage mode based on HEALS assistant is conducive to improve the mastery degree of perioperative related knowledge,compliance of bronchoscopy,nursing satisfaction,reduce the change range of heart rate,blood pressure,blood oxygen saturation and the occurrence of postoperative complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
