摘要
新农科是世界高等农林教育领域的中国智慧和中国方案,是中国高等农林教育在新时代新作为的重要发力点。新农科的教育理念扎根于中国大地,必然打上"三农情怀"这一中国本土特色的烙印。试从"三农情怀"视角探讨新农科建设,从习近平总书记的论述中阐释"三农情怀"内涵要义,促进对新农科教育理念的认同,通过强化个体四大使命的时代担当责任、培植以四个面向为己任的价值导向、筑牢三条改革路径的共同思想基础、促进彰显中国心世界情的精神根基四个层面表达"三农情怀"在新农科建设中的价值意蕴,从时间、空间和载体三重维度来构建"三农情怀"教育贯穿新农科建设的体系,旨在推动我国新农科建设有效实施。
New Agricultural Science is China′s wisdom and China′s plan in the field of higher agricultural and forestry education in the world,and it is also an important point of new conduct for Chinese higher agricultural and forestry education in the new era.The educational concept of new agricultural science is rooted in the land of China,and it will inevitably bear the brand of"feelings towards agriculture,countryside and farmers".The article attempts to explore the construction of"feelings towards agriculture,countryside and farmers"from the perspective of feelings towards agriculture,countryside and farmers,to explain the connotation of feelings towards agriculture,countryside and farmers from the discussion of general secretary Xi Jinping,to promote the recognition of the new agricultural science education concept,to strengthen the individual′s four missions in the era,to cultivate value orientation of four orientations as duty,to establish a common ideological foundation for the three reform paths,to promote from four perspectives of the spiritual foundation revealing Chinese heart and world intelligence,to show value connotation of feelings towards agriculture,countryside and farmers during the construction of new agricultural science,to construct a system from three dimensions of time,space and carrier of new agricultural science permeated with feelings towards agriculture,countryside and farmers,to aim at effective implementation promotion of new agricultural science construction in China.
