摘要
对某水电站冷却器发生腐蚀,通过水质检测、宏观形貌检查、化学成分分析、电子探针和能谱分析等,认为该电厂冷却器腐蚀穿孔的主要原因为白铜管在制备过程中内表面存在残碳膜等缺陷,使其在河水中发生了脱镍腐蚀为主电化学腐蚀,并给出了防止白铜管腐蚀的建议。
Corrosion occurred in the cooler of a hydropower station.Through water quality inspection,macroscopic morphology inspection,chemical composition analysis,electronic probe and energy spectrum analysis,etc.,it is believed that the main reason for the corrosion and perforation of the cooler of the power plant is the copper-nickel tube during the preparation process.Defects such as residual carbon film on the inner surface caused de-nickel corrosion to occur in the river water,mainly electrochemical corrosion,and gave suggestions to prevent the corrosion of cupronickel tubes.
