摘要
目的分析海南省居民主要非故意伤害死因及对居民人均期望寿命的影响,了解海南居民不同性别、不同年龄的非故意伤害主要死因,为政府制定防控措施提供依据。方法选取海南省2018年死亡人口信息登记管理系统中非故意伤害死亡居民个案,计算不同性别、年龄的各类非故意伤害的死因构成比、死亡率以及期望寿命损失。结果2018年海南省居民非故意伤害死因首位是道路交通伤害,死亡率为13.67/10万,位列全人群死因第10位,期望寿命损失为0.376岁。其次分别为跌倒/坠落和溺水,死亡率分别为10.12/10万和5.05/10万,期望寿命损失分别为0.173岁和0.190岁。男、女非故意伤害首位死因分别为道路交通伤害和跌倒/坠落,死亡率分别为20.55/10万、10.18/10万,期望寿命损失分别为0.521岁、0.156岁。20岁以下、20~69岁、70岁及以上居民非故意伤害首位死因分别为溺水、道路交通伤害、跌倒/坠落。结论海南省居民非故意伤害主要死因为道路交通伤害、跌倒/坠落、溺水。其中,道路交通伤害造成的人均期望寿命损失最高,建议政府积极采取措施加强男性青壮年的道路交通伤害、儿童青少年的溺水及老年人的跌倒/坠落等非故意伤害的监测及干预,方可持续提高海南省居民人均期望寿命。
Objective To analyze the main causes of death from unintentional injuries and their impact on life expectancies of Hainan residents,and to provide a basis for the government to formulate prevention and control measures.Methods According to Death Information Registration and Management system of Hainan Province in 2018,residents who died of unintentional injuries were calculated for different genders and ages.Their cause of death ratios,death rates and loss of life expectancies were calculated.Results In 2018,the leading cause of death from unintentional injuries was road traffic injuries,with a mortality rate of 13.67/100,000,ranking as the 10 th cause of all deaths among the whole population.This mortality shortened life expectancy on average by 0.376 year.The other causes were:falls and drowning,with mortality rates of 10.12/100,000 and 5.05/100,000,respectively.The loss of life expectancies were 0.173 and 0.190 year,respectively.The leading causes of death from unintentional injuries in men and women were road traffic injuries and falls.The mortality rates were 20.55/100,000 and 10.18/100,000,respectively,with the life expectancy loss of 0.521 and 0.156 years,respectively.Drowning,road traffic injuries,and falls were the leading causes of unintentional injuries among residents under20 years old,20-69 years old,70 years old and above.Conclusions Road traffic injuries,falls and drowning were the main causes of deaths from unintentional injuries in Hainan province.Among them,road traffic injuries caused the highest per capita life expectancy loss.It is recommended that the government should take active measures to strengthen the monitoring and intervention of unintentional injuries such as road traffic injuries(especially for male young adults),drowning(especially for children and adolescents),and falls(especially for the elderlies),in order to improve life expectancies of residents in Hainan Province.
