丹参与不同功效药物配伍后对成分及活性的影响 被引量:6

Effect of compatibility of Salvia miltiorrhiza with different effective herbs on components and activities

摘要 目的观察丹参与补气、活血、通络等不同功效药物不同比例配伍后,对丹参成分含量及抗氧化能力的影响,探讨丹参与不同活性药物、不同剂量配伍的意义。方法建立丹参中丹酚酸B和丹参素的含量测定方法,观察丹参与补气、活血、通络药代表药黄芪、红花、地龙以不同比例配伍后对丹参活性成分丹酚酸B和丹参素含量的影响;通过DPPH法观察不同配伍后对抗氧化活性的影响。结果丹参与黄芪、红花、地龙不同功效药物不同剂量比例配伍均影响药物有效成分和活性,当丹参与黄芪1∶1、丹参与红花3∶1、丹参与地龙5∶1配伍时,丹酚酸B含量均最高,且丹参与红花、地龙配伍高于与黄芪配伍;当丹参与黄芪、红花、地龙配伍是均以1∶1时丹参素最高,且丹参与红花配伍高于与黄芪、地龙配伍。丹参与黄芪4∶1、丹参与红花2∶1、丹参与地龙5∶1配伍时抗氧化活性最强,且丹参与红花、黄芪配伍比与地龙配伍时抗氧化活性强。结论丹参与黄芪、红花、地龙等补气、活血、通络药不同比例配伍后对有效成分及抗氧化药效有明显的影响。实验从化学成分和药效活性角度探讨了中医药方剂配伍的规律和意义,为临床丹参的配伍应用治疗缺血性中风等疾病提供了科学依据。 Objective To observe the effects of different proportions of Salvia miltiorrhiza with Qi tonifying, blood activating drugs on the content of components and antioxidant capacity of Salvia miltiorrhiza, and to explore the significance of Salvia miltiorrhiza in the compatibility of different active drugs and different doses. Methods Objective to establish a method for the determination of Salvianolic acid B and Salvianolic acid A in Salvia miltiorrhiza, and to observe the effects of Salvia miltiorrhiza and Astragalus, Safflower and Pheretima in different proportions on the active contents of Salvianolic acid B and Danshensu in Salvia miltiorrhiza, and observe the effect of different compatibility on the antioxidant activity of Salvia miltiorrhiza by DPPH method.Results The compatibility of Salvia miltiorrhiza with Astragalus, Safflower and Pheretima in different proportions affected the active components and activities of it. Salvianolic acid B content was the highest when Salvia miltiorrhiza was combined with Astragalus, Safflower and Pheretima 1∶1, 3∶1, 5∶1, respectively, and the content of it was higher in the compatibility of Salvia miltiorrhiza with Safflower and Pheretima. When the compatibility of Salvia miltiorrhiza with Astragalus, Safflower and Pheretima was 1:1, the content of Danshensu was the highest, and the content of it was higher in the compatibility of Salvia miltiorrhiza with Safflower than that of Astragalus and Pheretima. The antioxidant activity of Salvia miltiorrhiza with Astragalus 4∶1, Salvia miltiorrhiza with Safflower 2∶1, Salvia miltiorrhiza with Pheretima 5∶1 was the strongest, moreover, the antioxidant activity of Salvia miltiorrhiza compatibility with Safflower and Astragalus was stronger than that of compatibility with Pheretima. Conclusion The compatibility of Salvia miltiorrhiza with Astragalus, Safflower and Pheretima and other Qi tonifying, blood activating drugs have siginificant effects on its active ingredients and antioxidant activity. In the experiment, the significance of compatibility of Traditional Chinese Medicine was discussed from the perspective of chemical composition and pharmacodynamic activity, so as to provide scientific basis for clinical application.
