基于MTConnect的船舶板材切割车间数据采集系统研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对船舶板材切割车间具有不同通信协议与接口的异构设备需要进行数据采集的问题,开发了一套基于MTConnect的船舶板材切割车间数据采集系统。分析了切割车间设备具体组件以及能够采集的数据项,基于MTConnect建立车间设备的数据模型,用C#语言和美国制造技术协会提供的开发包实现了船舶板材切割车间异构设备互联互通的数据采集系统。通过对等离子切割机床实际加工时进行测试,结果表明该数据采集系统能实时获取切割车间设备数据。
